How many sessions do I need for anxiety?

Many clients begin to notice a reduction in symptoms within the first 6 sessions, while deeper, more lasting progress often develops over 8 to 12 sessions.

Is CBT or EMDR better for panic attacks?

We begin by using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) strategies to help manage day-to-day anxiety, and when appropriate, integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address underlying fear memories that may be contributing to panic.
