Experience & Background
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as IFS, EFT, attachment theory, and psychodynamic therapy, alongside principles from my ongoing Somatic Experiencing training, I integrate insight with nervous system awareness to support emotional understanding and embodied growth. My focus is fostering self-connection, resilience, and lasting sustainable change.
